- You confirm that you have a 22mm gas pipe to your existing boiler
- You confirm you have either external or internal condensate discharge
- You are confirming your current existing boiler is in compliance with building and gas regulation
- Payment on completion subject to a deposit.
- We will send an invoice for deposit payment – Deposit Cash, Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer
- After deposit or full payment, we will arrange an installation date to suit both parties.

A combi boiler replacement normally takes between four and six hours. Occasionally, it may take two days to replace a system boiler or a regular boiler. We’ll let you know how long we think we’ll need when we come to quote you.
